Etari 111S Thickness Gauge is a handy and reliable instrument for coating thickness measurement on ferrous- and nonferrous metals (for example aluminum) without destruction of the painting when buying a vehicle.

With the device it is possible to see in very short time if the car was primed or repainted.

Thus, one can avoid inconveniences such as repairs after purchase and negotiate a discount on detection of a defect by the seller.
By the way – the paint tester ET 111S was developed at the request of our customers and is based on the paint gauge ET 111. The suffix “S” at the ET 111S stands in this case for “simple”, it thus is a simplified version of the ET 111th.

The difference from the ET 111 is that the ET 111S has no flashlight function, no ultraviolet light and no protective sheath. This allows us to meet the wishes of many customers for a qualitative and high-quality product at a lower price and we are now offering this capable brand equipment at a cheaper price.

A special feature of the device is that it has a so-called “self-calibration / factory setting”. This makes it possible to determine paint thickness differences on the vehicle accurately without requiring the device to be calibrated.
